Our social club focus’ on two main events each year being our Christmas party and the end of the financial year party. In addition, there are ad-hoc activities throughout the year including sports days, birthdays, Melbourne Cup, the footy tipping trophies, and fun runs.
Focused on building client relationships, McConachie Stedman holds an annual golf day with accountants and other professional staff attending by invitation. It is an enjoyable day that mixes business and pleasure.
McConachie Stedman focus annually on a charity, and in 2007 we were very active in supporting Aussie Helpers. The funds raised went to support those severely affected by drought in the Outback. Since Aussie Helpers aired on “Australian Story” in March 2007, the national began opening their hearts to this worthy charity.
The firm also participated in the Cerebral Palsy “Colour Your Day Appeal” which aimed to provide vital equipment, technology, services and support to thousands of children and adults with the most common physical disability in childhood, cerebral palsy.
